I have not received my ORDER confirmation, what should I do?
Automatic order confirmations are sent as soon as your order is placed from The Vamp Stamp. Please check your Spam or Junk Mail Box and if you’re unable to find your order confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please note Order Confirmation in the Subject line of your email.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the Continental 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via USPS First Class Mail, FedEx SmartPost or DHL SmartMail. For International shipping, please visit www.cultbeauty.co.uk
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
We aren’t able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. We ask that you please not force your APO/FPO/DPO addresses into our system, your package will not ship but your funds will be deducted and you will need to request a refund.
My package says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it.
We recommend you look around your front porch, lobby and ask your neighbor. If your package is still not found, please contact the carrier who delivered your package. We are not liable for parcels left on your porch, and/or front door, lobby or missed deliveries.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
We are unable to make changes to your order once they process to our warehouse and this process happens very quickly. If you have provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address and your order has been processed and can’t be changed, please contact the carrier to alert them to the issue. In the case of the post office we recommend you contact your local postal location directly, as well as visiting https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
How long will my order take to get to me?
The packing and processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Delivery time within the United States is 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary.
It says my item is on “Backorder”, when will I receive it?
Orders containing ‘Backorder’ items are shipped when product becomes available. Orders containing both ‘Backorder’ & ‘In-Stock’ items will not be shipped until ‘Backorder’ items are available.
I did not receive a tracking number, help!
Your tracking number will generate within 24 hours after your order ships. Your order may take 3-5 business days to ‘process’ so please keep that in mind. If you need assistance on tracking information, we ask that you please check your Spam or Junk mail folder and if your email isn’t hiding there, please email us at email@example.com please put TRACKING in the Subject line.
I received my tracking number, but it doesn’t look like the package is moving. What do I do?
If your package was shipped via USPS, we have no further information on your package once it’s in the possession of the postal service. Please visit https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to let the post office know you are missing mail. If your package was shipped via Smart Post and your tracking is from DHL or FedEx, please contact those carriers directly for assistance.
What’s your return policy?
All products come with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’d like to return your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a RMA # and directions on how to send back your product for a refund. Please put RMA# and your order # in the subject line.
All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you paid with. Shipping and Handling are not eligible for a credit.
The shipping cost to return your product is the responsibility of the customer; any returned items that are not received by The Vamp Stamp will not be issued a refund. We recommend you send your package via a carrier that can provide proof of postage tracking and insurance for your package.
Please provide a copy of your original invoice in your return, to process your return.

What’s your exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges.
When can I expect my refund?
We will process your refund 5-7 business days after we receive your returned product marked with your RMA#. You will receive an email confirming the refund to your account. The Vamp Stamp is not responsible for the processing time your bank or credit card takes to credit funds to your account; this process can take up to 10 business days.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Is my payment secure?
